Click on the "My Info" button, then navigate to the bottom of the page and click on the terminate account link.
By terminating your account, you will not be able to access and play on ijji.com. In addition, once your account is deleted, all information regarding that account will be lost. This includes, but is not limited to, buddy lists, game diary entries, avatars, class, game levels, and any gems accumulated.
Upon request for termination, your account will be deactivated for 30 days. After the 30 days, it will be deleted from our database. The reason for this procedure is to prevent users from conducting fraudulent activities using an account, and then deleting the account right after.

You have to log into your ijji.com account to change any account information. Once you have accessed the account, click on the "My Info" link in the top right hand corner off the main ijji menu-bar.
Next, enter your password at the security check. On the next screen, click the big orange EDIT button in the middle of the screen to access your account information.
To change your password, simply enter your current password and your new password followed by a verification of your new password.
Email Change for ijji.com Accounts:
To change your email address, you will first need to verify your current email address. First, verify your email address by sending a verification link to your current email. Login to your email, and verify you that you want to change your email address. Click on the verification link and you will be prompted with a screen to change your email address.
Email Change for Facebook Sign-In Accounts:

Second, your email address is not available to other users. We suggest you do not share your email address with other players as it is used in the login information retrieval process. If you would like to keep in touch with other ijji.com Members, you may do so using private messages. Giving out your email address in a public chat room will allow unintended participants to see your information.

ijji.com Members are currently only able to enjoy our games with Internet Explorer in a windows-based Operating System. Furthermore, our games require the Active X plug-in to run. Several anti-virus software programs and pop-up blockers will prevent Active X from installing and running on your computer. This in turn will prevent you from loading and playing ijji.com games.
To allow Active X control to load, you may need to temporarily disable any pop-up blockers and/or anti-virus software. Changing the settings of Internet Explorer could also resolve this issue. If you have administrator privileges on your computer, you can access Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom settings for your browser and change the setting to "Default".
